Clarke Construction was established in 2007. The company was previously known as Clarke Home Improvements before rebranding as Clarke Construction. The company was founded by Managing Director Colin Clarke who has over 20 years of experience in construction and project management. Colin and the rest of the team here at Clarke Construction are passionate about helping all of our clients achieve the home of their dreams, with as little stress as possible. Every member of our team plays a vital role in ensuring that all of our projects are completed to the highest possible standard and that our clients are getting the best service and results.
We take a huge amount of pride in our home building and renovation work. Our portfolio is filled with a variety of home improvement projects, each unique in their own way. We are based in North Dublin and have worked on many houses in the areas of Raheny, Howth, Sutton, Malahide, Clontarf and Portmarnock. The second step is the design stage where we work with some of the best architects in Dublin to bring you the most incredible designs, while ensuring that you will get exactly what you’re looking for in a home and more. The next step is pre-construction in which the schedule of work is defined, and strategy is decided upon. This will ensure that quality and safety will be maintained throughout the build. The final step is the construction, which is the point that our team of experienced builders take over and transform the agreed upon plans and ideas into reality.
